New "Merchant Confidence Index" Shows Economic Sentiment Is Low Among Small Businesses, But Glimmers Of Hope Emerging

Merchant Circle did a Merchant Confidence Index Survey. More than 12,000 local business owners across the nation took part in the survey and the results give us great insight into the outlook for this holiday season, internet knowledge, advertising spending habits, and much, much more.
